  - Our stays are ideal for business professionals, corporate teams, relocating individuals, in between moves families, traveling medical staff, and extended-stay guests looking for high-end accommodations with flexible leasing options.

 

3. What is included in a furnished rental?

  - Each property comes with premium furnishings, high-speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen, smart TVs, fresh linens, and essential utilities. Many properties also include access to fitness centers, pools, and other luxury amenities.

 

4. Do you offer additional services beyond housing?

  - Yes! We provide lifestyle management services, including concierge support, car rentals, grocery stocking, housekeeping, personal errand services, wellness arrangements, and custom local recommendations/ itineraries to make your stay effortless.

 

5. What is the minimum and maximum stay duration?

  - We offer flexible lease terms to meet your needs. Given that we offer short, mid and long term stays our minimum stays can start as short as 1 day up to 11 or 12 months, varying on location and availability. Therefore, we are truly flexible and can accommodate both shorter and longer stays based on availability.

6. How do I book a stay with Growth Realty LLC?

7. What is your cancellation policy?

  - Cancellation policies vary based on the length of stay, when booked/want to cancel and lease terms. Please contact us directly for specific details on your booking.

  - Many of our properties are pet-friendly! Pet policies vary by location, so let us know your needs, and we’ll find the best option for you. Additional fees or deposits may apply.

9. Are utilities included in the rent?

  - Yes! All stays include essential utilities such as electricity, water, high-speed internet, and streaming services so you can enjoy a hassle-free experience.

10. What if I need assistance during my stay?

  - Our team is available 7 days a week to assist with any concerns, requests, or service needs. We have on call maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure your stay is as seamless and comfortable as possible.

11. Do you offer corporate or group leasing options?
